Damage and Issues

Please inspect the items in your order upon receipt. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will reship it or issue a refund. If none of the above applies, custom-made items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Exchanges
Please carefully review the product specifications and materials before purchasing. If you wish to exchange an item, the buyer is responsible for both the return shipping and the shipping costs for the replacement item.

Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may also take some time to process and post the refund.
