Step 3: Ship the item back to us in its original condition with the return authorization number clearly marked on the package.

The following items cannot be returned:

• Items marked as final sale
• Clearance items (unless defective)
• Items damaged due to customer misuse
• Products without original tags or packaging
• Items purchased more than 30 days ago
